Meet the Team: Amy Banach

Amy is in charge of Guest Services and Centralized Reservations. She holds an A.A.S. degree in Travel and Tourism from SUNY Morrisville and has worked in the hospitality industry for seven years. She began her hospitality career working in hotels and now, in addition to overseeing a 43 room hotel, manages Guest Services and Reservations for 250 vacation homes. Amy works with a team of 15 reservationists in our two offices in Penn Yan and Canandaigua to ensure guests are matched with vacation homes that best meet their needs. She and her team are committed to exceeding guest’s expectations.
