Your property will have its own individual web page, consisting of quality interior and exterior photos, optional virtual tours, an in depth property description, and a list of amenities and rental rates.   The availability calendar is updated several times a day, and guests have the ability to make online bookings or inquiries.   Additionally, we run television commercials throughout Western and Central New York, offer a guest incentive program, annually attend 12 travel trade shows throughout the northeast, maintain a strong presence in local area Chamber of Commerces and Visitors Centers to maximize referrals, advertise in regional and national travel publications, and maintain an extensive email database of all past and potential guests to offer promotional specials on a monthly basis.   We invest very heavily in targeted marketing, which is how we achieve strong bookings.

We are committed to offering the highest cleanliness standards in the industry.   Several of our housekeeping staff members are certified by a nationally recognized housekeeping association.   There is no cost to you for our housekeeping and inspection services performed prior to and after each rental.   We also provide you with a complimentary preseason inspection to inventory your standard equipment and ensure your cottage is clean and ready for the rental season.   Your property will need to have a deep clean performed annually, and we offer this service at competitive rates or can provide you with a detailed deep clean checklist, if you prefer to perform your own deep clean.

Our maintenance team is available 24 hours a day to attend to your needs and protect your property during rentals.   We offer competitive rates on dock removal and installation, winterizations, general repairs and maintenance, snow removal, and annual landscape and beach cleanup.   To protect your property and minimize your expenses, we provide a free preventative maintenance inspection prior to the start of the rental season. There is an optional maintenance program that will cover most guest service calls throughout the year, and if you are interested in this program we can provide you with details.
